Jobe is a longtime Tucson resident and was hired as an officer by the Tucson Police Department in 2000. He has obtained an Associates Degree from Pima Community College. During my tenure with TPD he has operated as a patrol officer, undercover surveillance officer, auto theft investigator, field training officer, patrol sergeant, and he is currently assigned as the Special Events Sergeant.
From day one, Jobe was a member the Tucson Police Officers Association. In 2010, he became an active board member for TPOA. In 2013 Jobe became the full time Grievance Chairman. After promoting to Sergeant in 2015, he became a Sergeant Trustee board member for TPOA.While CLEAA was being formed in 2012, he attended several membership meetings and stayed informed. In June of 2016, he was appointed as Treasurer for CLEAA. Jobe’s goals are to make sure CLEAA has a fiscal responsible budget, while providing the best services and benefits to their members.
